The Honorable Chief Minister, Punjab / Chairman-PEEF has desired that the newly built 16 rooms, S Block, Punjab House, Murree, be kept and managed by The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) to be used as boarding and educational facility for brilliant students.
Objectives of YDC, Punjab House, Murree
In academic year of 2010-2011 YDC will provide life skills training to 1028 students and teachers collectively. Participants include from all Boards of Intermediate and Secondary education of the Punjab. Trainings should undergo to improve different aspects of personality, etiquettes, manners, morality etc. Objectives of Youth Development Centre Punjab House Murree, are as under:
- To provide new basic learning skills
- Inculcate new ideas regarding education
- Confidence building among the participants
- Inculcate leadership potentials
- To increase motivational level among participants
- To enhance self efficiency in the participants
- To inculcate requisite interpersonal skills
- To emphasize the importance of Islam in our lives
- To enhance confidence building skills
- Learning of stress management techniques
